Dartmouth is an attractive small town whose steep narrow streets add to its old world charm.
The flat is situated in Clarence Street, which has many interesting houses and is only two minutes fairly level walk from the market square, riverside and town centre with its shops, pubs, cafés and restaurants.
Buses, boats, taxis and parking facilities* are all easily accessible. The flat itself forms part of a large Georgian house which has been extensively modernised and, although small, is well equipped. It offers excellent value for a single person or a couple wishing to enjoy the delights of Dartmouth.

Cooking utensils and ample crockery, cutlery and glassware. Dining table with chairs, sofa, coffee table and night storage heater.

Upper Floor
Double bed with bedside shelves and lights, colour TV/video, wardrobe, chest of drawers, two armchairs and electric radiator. En-suite shower room with electric shower, wash basin, toilet, and shaver point.
There is an excellent launderette in the market square that offers service washes. The flat is all electric and the cost of electricity is included in the rent. Linen is supplied but not towels.
